SAP Test Teamleader

We are seeking qualified candidates for the Business Support Centre of a leading energy company
SAP TEST TEAMLEADER
Main responsibilities are:
- Delivery Experience in Interpretation of current Testing
Strategy and Plan, Test Process Assessment, Test
Automation, manual Testing
- Review and provide feedback on testing strategy and
test plan
- Support implementation of the Test cycle/variant
planning for STRIPES
- Coordinate Testing Design, Construction (e.g., test
variants) and Execution with Testing Track Process
Leads
- Assist in definition of Test Plan for allocated test
activities
- Manage testers work throughout test execution to
ensure that testing is on time and within budget
- Setup and run meetings/audio conferences with all
Testers to track, steward and report progress of
planning/execution/signoff activities
- Ensure that Quality Centre is up-to-date with test
results
- Review key test results and provide overall status for
test activities to Test and Project Management
- Will be a full time resource on the DSSP Testing Track,
while taking day to day project direction from the GOM
Requirements:
- Proven experience in testing of SAP and working in
SAP Projects
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (from
team members up to Senior management)
- Expert business process knowledge, documentation
skills
- Experience in business blueprint, scope/change
management
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
- Competency in SMBB and skills in Quality Centre
