Programmer/ Analyst (Retail Processes)

We are seeking qualified candidates for the Business Support Centre of a leading energy company
PROGRAMMER
Job Description:
- Responsibility for the Retail Site Operations processes,
including Point of Sales (POS) various applications
- SRS troubleshooting (incl. portal interaction)
- Testing/maintaining software load at store including
Hand Held Terminal and printers/peripherals
- OSCS - Windows based mapping software
- SDT - Windows based site polling software
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Experience with Interfaces using
Pricing, ability to write technical specifications for
developers, analitical skills to solve technical issues,
debugging skills, work on support issues as well as
SWIs/Projects
- Ability to share knowledge among team members
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills (remote
supervision), ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work remotely and to interact with other
customers (business and other skill centers) around
the world
- Self-starter / self-motivateted
- Effective communication and organization abilities
